Hiromi Miyake Japan's First Zero Carbon Public Real Estate Company Ichigo Group Holdings is Japan's first zero carbon public real estate company. Via a carbon offset program currently scheduled through February 2012, we have fully eliminated our carbon footprint, such as that created by electricity use and printing paper. We have also achieved a zero environmental load for all materials distributed at our corporate presentations and shareholders meetings, and are providing best-in-class environmental solutions and services to our clients in our real estate management and investment businesses.Member of Challenge 25 Campaign Ichigo Group Holdings is a participating member of the Japanese Ministry of the Environment's national Challenge 25 campaign (the follow-on to the Team Minus 6% campaign) in order to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 25% from the levels of 1990. We are committed to conserving energy in our daily business activities, as well as raising the awareness of this issue amongst our employees, suppliers and clients.
